How to place an order?
To place an order, simply contact us via the website, by phone or visit our office. Our specialists will provide a free consultation, help with system selection, take measurements and prepare an individual offer. After approval, sign the contract and make an advance payment, and we start production.
How long does production take?
The production time depends on the type of product, the complexity of the order and the season. On average, standard windows or doors are manufactured in 3–5 weeks. Individual or non-standard solutions may take a little longer. We always inform the client about the exact schedule at the stage of signing the contract.
Is it possible to change the order after it has been placed?
Yes, it is possible to change the order, but only until it is launched into production. Once production has begun, it is technically impossible to make changes to the specification or dimensions without additional costs. We always clarify all the details before final approval to avoid misunderstandings.
What is the warranty on your products and installation?
We provide up to 10 years of warranty on installation and service work. The products have an official warranty from the profile manufacturers (VEKA, REHAU, Reynaers, Aluprof , etc.) – from 5 to 25 years depending on the components. The warranty covers material defects, sealing, fittings and other structural elements.
How energy efficient are your windows and doors?
Our systems meet the highest energy efficiency standards. We use profiles with three sealing contours, the ability to install triple glazing and warm distance frames. Most of our windows have Passive House certification, which guarantees minimal heat loss and significant savings on heating.
Do you provide repair or maintenance services for old windows and doors?
Yes, we have more than 15 years of experience in repairing windows and doors from any materials – PVC, wood, aluminum. We offer replacement of seals, fittings, adjustment, sealing and updating of the appearance. You can call a technician for a free assessment of the condition of the structures and get a transparent cost of work.
Do you install blinds, roller shutters or garage doors?
Yes, we not only manufacture and sell these products, but also professionally install them, taking into account all the technical nuances. Installation is carried out by our staff teams in compliance with safety standards, energy efficiency and accuracy.
We also connect automated control systems and integration into a “smart home” if necessary.
